Location: Pune
Experience: 8+ Years (P4 Level)
CTC: Up to 28 LPA
Notice Period: Immediate Joiners / Serving Notice Period (Joining by 1st Week of December preferred)

Responsibilities:
- Develop, enhance, and maintain backend systems using Java & Spring Boot
- Design and manage Kafka pipelines and Camel integration flows
- Ensure system scalability, performance, and security
- Collaborate across teams (DevOps, QA, Product) for smooth releases
- Perform code reviews, optimize performance, and mentor team members
