Were looking for a Associate Engineer-Civil Design to join Expert Global- Alten Group & Deputed at the client site.Job Location: PuneExperience -2 to 6 YearsEducation- ITI Civil/Diploma-Civil/BE-CivilJOB DESCRIPTION
The Civil Draftsman should have responsible for..*He should be Knowledge of drawings such as Plan, Elevations, and Sections in all directions drawing scheduling, Bar Chart. *Finalization of drawings requirements in consultation of other engineering departments and with CFT.*To Co-ordinate with Dept Managers, Architects, Project Management Consultancy engineers, Liasoning officers, various Contractors for preparation of drawings. Knowledge of basic safety on works is essential.*Basic knowledge of Vastu & Green Bldg Concepts.*Knowledge of basic civil engineering like material for plumbing, drains, chambers, building items, roof, its slope, Natural ground level, Road level, plinth height, slope of ground, contour mapping and reading, area and volume calculation from CAD drawing.*Knowledge of Internal layouts for offices, furniture, staff, chairs, tables, ceiling, tiles, colour code.*Basic information required for electrical layout, HVAC layout, fire lines.*Knowledge of measuring tape, chains, conversion from feet to meter, MM, Area, volume etc all conversions he should know.*To operate Auto cad in any version.*Knowledge of preparation of CAD drawings from existing hard copies as well as preparation of CAD drawings based on inputs/measuring the site distances.
*Basic knowledge of Drawing scales, CAD versions, Govt Sanction drawings type.
*Preparation of interior alternative layouts for offices etc.
*Knowledge of 3 D views, Autocad drawings read, edit etc. also for PPT, Excel, words, Oracle etc.
*Daily reports to Superiors F2F, on Wapp, Email
Email Ethics for communication, Presentation skills, on site as well as on screen.
*Daily progress report planned Vs Actual. Report written, keeping records, photos on site etc.
*Drawing Knowledge for type of drawings, continuous, bold, dotted, colour, hatch lines, intermediate break lines and its meaning.
*Ability to decide and provide priority of works
*Documentation works and keeping the recordsLanguage- Marathi, Hindi, English Salary: Best In industry.
