Role Overview
The Food & Beverage Associate will be responsible for delivering a warm and professional dining experience to guests across restaurant, cafe, banquet, and in-room dining services. This role plays a key part in maintaining service quality, hygiene standards, and guest satisfaction in line with the Z Hotels brand promise of comfort, quality, and care.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Welcome guests warmly and escort them to assigned tables
- Present menus, take accurate food and beverage orders, and serve as per service standards
- Ensure tables are clean, well-set, and ready before service
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams for timely order delivery
- Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, grooming, and service standards at all times.
- Handle guest feedback or complaints politely and escalate when required
- Support banquet setup, service, and in-room dining as assigned
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and service SOPs
- Ensure billing accuracy and assist with table closing procedures
- Maintain good knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and allergens
Eligibility & Skills Required
- 12th pass mandatory; Diploma or Degree in Hotel Management preferred
- 03 years of experience in hotels, restaurants, cafs, or F&B operations
- Basic understanding of F&B service procedures and order-taking
- Familiarity with POS systems and billing processes
- Knowledge of food hygiene and safety practices
- Good communication and guest-handling skills
- Well-groomed, service-oriented attitude
- Ability to work efficiently during peak hours and shifts
