FMEA Engineer @ Alten

Job Description

Roles / responsibility:

• Responsible for execution and successful delivery of the projects, meeting customer's timeline and quality requirements
• Creation of FMEA
• Conducting Moderation of FMEA with Core Team
• Upgrading skills and competencies to meet customer requirements
• Participation in company employee involvement/Continuous Improvement activities
• Maintain & Report KPIs of work assigned and root causes of failures in a timely fashion
• On need basis, willing to travel to customer places

Required Technical Skills :

• Excellent working experience on FMEA, Control Plan, inspection techniques, Capability studies etc.
• Excellent Knowledge on Engineering fundamentals (GD&T, Materials, Products & Manufacturing Process, Measuring Instruments & Gauges and Welding techniques etc.)
• Good Knowledge on Quality Tools & Techniques (7 QC Tools & Continuous Improvement Techniques)
• Knowledge on Quality Standards and procedures (IATF16949,VDA & AIAG)
• Good Knowledge on APQP/PPAP requirements as per AIAG
