Role & Responsibilities

Design, develop, and enhance Java-based applications using Spring Boot & Microservices architecture
Translate business requirements into scalable, high-quality backend and frontend solutions
Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and ensure seamless integration with UI applications
Build and maintain Single Page Applications (SPA) using ReactJS
Collaborate with UI/UX and backend teams for smooth frontendbackend integration
Write optimized SQL queries, participate in database design & performance tuning
Follow Agile/Scrum practices daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews & retrospectives
Write unit tests and ensure code quality using CI/CD pipelines
Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions
Learn and adopt in-house frameworks, security standards & best practices
Work with global teams and deliver solutions within defined timelines

Preferred Candidate Profile (React Mandatory)

Mandatory Skills

5 to 15 years of hands-on experience in:

Java (Java 8+)
Spring Boot
Microservices
REST API development
React (mandatory for RIM role)
SQL / RDBMS

Strong understanding of OOPS, Design Patterns & Distributed Systems
Experience in SPA development using React
Hands-on experience with Git, CI/CD (Jenkins), Agile methodologies
Experience working on Linux/Unix environments

Good to Have / Advantage

Domain experience in Finance / Banking / Legal / Compliance
Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes
Exposure to Kafka / Event-driven systems
Experience with TDD / BDD
Awareness of security & regulatory-driven systems
Basic knowledge of frontend tools like Redux, HTML, CSS, JavaScript
Exposure to Sonar, Jenkins, Jira

Soft Skills

Strong analytical & debugging skills
Excellent communication & collaboration skills
Ability to work with global stakeholders
Self-driven, adaptable, and proactive learner
