• Work in an Agile environment with business users to implement microservice-based, event-driven, reactive solutions
  
• Participate in the complete software development lifecycle, delivering value iteratively to stakeholders
  
• Collaborate with global development teams to improve platform resiliency, scalability, and performance
  
• Design, develop, and enhance Java (Java 8+) backend services using Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, Hibernate
  
• Develop and integrate UI components using Angular with backend REST services
  
• Research and improve DevOps practices, automation, and software testing approaches
  
• Work with cross-functional teams (QA, DevOps, Product) to ensure quality across all development stages
  
• Interact with users to gather requirements, analyze needs, and create effective technical solutions
  
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues in distributed systems using a methodical approach
  

Required Skills (Angular Mandatory)

Mandatory

• 35 / 515 years of hands-on experience in:
  
• Java 8+
  
• Spring Boot
  
• Microservices
  
• Spring Cloud
  
• Hibernate
  
• Angular (mandatory UI framework)
  
• Strong understanding of Design Patterns
  
• Strong proficiency in SQL, data modeling, and DB performance tuning
  
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
  
• Ability to work independently with users to gather requirements and deliver solutions
  
• Excellent problem-solving skills in distributed systems
  

Good to Have / Advantage

• Knowledge of Kafka / Kafka Stream Processing
  
• Understanding of secure software development practices, especially in cloud platforms
  
• Familiarity with DevOps & testing tools (JMeter, Jira, ALM)
  
• Exposure to automation and regression testing
  
• Good communication and organizational skills
  
• Prior experience in the Financial Services domain (preferred)
