Job Description

    1. Define event objectives, target audience, themes, and concepts.
    2. Develop and control budgets, manage expenses, and negotiate contracts.
    3. Source, book, and manage venues, caterers, entertainment, tech, etc.
    4. Handle venue setup, layouts, transportation, permits, and on-site operations.
    5. Advertise events, manage communications, and attract attendees/sponsors.
    6. Act as primary contact, understand client needs, and report progress.
    7. Oversee setup, manage staff, troubleshoot issues, and ensure smooth flow.
    8. Evaluate success, gather feedback, and prepare reports.
    9. Come up with suggestions to enhance the event's success.
    10. Manage and coordinate a team of staff, giving full briefings and delegating work
