Job Information

• Location: MG Road, Bangalore

• Process: Domestic Customer Support (Voice)

• Shift: Day Shift Only (No Night Shifts)

• Role: Customer Service Executive Hindi & English

 

Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound voice calls from domestic customers

• Resolve customer queries, complaints, and service-related issues efficiently

• Provide accurate information regarding products and services

• Ensure professional, courteous, and customer-focused communication

• Update customer records and call details in internal systems

• Adhere to performance standards including call quality, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction

 

Eligibility Criteria

• Experience: 02 years (Freshers are welcome)

• Good communication skills in English and Hindi (Kannada is an added advantage)

• Willingness to work in rotational day shifts only

• Basic computer knowledge and typing skills

• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow
