    Role Overview

    The Assistant Branch Manager will be responsible for driving agency sales through recruitment, development, and management of advisors. The role focuses on achieving branch business targets, improving productivity, and strengthening the tied agency channel.


    Key Responsibilities

    • Recruit, train, and develop life insurance advisors to build a productive agency force.

    • Drive sales targets through the tied agency channel.

    • Ensure consistent advisor activation, productivity, and retention.

    • Support advisors in joint fieldwork, sales closure, and customer acquisition.

    • Monitor daily sales performance and ensure achievement of branch targets.

    • Conduct regular training sessions and sales meetings.

    • Maintain compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.

    • Build strong relationships with advisors and customers in the assigned territory.
