Job Description

Understand client requirements and create job postings accordingly

Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking

Screen and evaluate candidate profiles based on job specifications

Schedule and coordinate interviews with clients and candidates

Maintain candidate pipelines and follow up until onboarding

Build strong professional relationships with candidates and clients

Maintain daily trackers and recruitment reports

Graduate from any stream

Strong communication & interpersonal skills

Basic understanding of IT skills & technologies (training will be provided)

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Goal-driven and eager to learn
