Handle inbound/outbound calls and assist customers with their queries, issues, and requests.

Provide exceptional customer service while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Manage customer complaints and resolve them effectively and professionally.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and company policies.

Ensure targets for response time, customer satisfaction, and quality of service are met consistently.

Fluency in Hindi and English (both written and verbal).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
