Job Description
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations in SAP B1.
- Review payroll data, salary processing, and provide approvals as per policy.
- Verify and approve customer invoices, including SAP Proforma Invoices.
- Monitor voucher postings, journal entries, and approval workflows.
- Prepare and analyse Ageing Reports, SAP Summary Reports, and other MIS reports.
- Support management with cash flow planning, budgeting, and financial analysis.
- Lead the finance division by guiding the team toward accurate and timely financial execution.
- Assist management in decision-making by providing clear financial insights and recommendations.
- Handle team supervision, workload allocation, and ensure best practices in accounting processes.
- Manage statutory compliance for GST, TDS, Income Tax, and related filings.
- Coordinate MCA/ROC filings and ensure company compliance.
- File annual RBI FLA returns.
- Support GST & Tax audits and ensure zero audit observations.
- Coordinate with banks for bank guarantees, treasury operations, and timely follow-ups.
- Handle bank reconciliations, fund movements, and related documentation.
- Ensure timely payment follow-up with Staffing clients & ERP Clients and maintain collection targets.
- Review vendor payments, payout schedules, and ensure compliance with internal controls.
