Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities IT Recruiter

Handle end-to-end IT recruitment for technical, niche, contract, and C2H roles.
Source and assess candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, and internal databases.
Screen for technical fit and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
Manage salary/contract negotiations, notice periods, and onboarding follow-ups.
Build strong candidate pipelines for contract, permanent, and project-based staffing.
Track submissions, interviews, offers, and joining status using ATS/trackers.
