Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound calls from domestic customers

Resolve customer queries, complaints, and service-related issues promptly

Provide accurate information about products and services

Maintain professional, polite, and customer-friendly communication

Update and manage customer records in the system

Achieve performance targets including call quality, resolution rate, and CSAT
Job Requirements

Experience: 0 - 3 years in BPO / Customer Support / Voice Process

Languages: Good communication skills in English & Hindi

Comfortable working in rotational day shifts

Basic computer knowledge and typing skills

Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow
