Certification in Soft Skills and Coaching
Experience: 8 to 12 years of relevant experience
Education: Bachelor in psychology, human resource education or any other equivalent degree, Post-Graduation in specialization related to soft skills field
As a Specialist-Training (Soft-skills), you will be responsible in designing and delivering training programs, assessing employee needs, and evaluating program effectiveness. You will have to create training materials, facilitate interactive workshops, and provide coaching to help individuals improve in areas like communication, teamwork, leadership, customer service and problem-solving. You are required to work closely with different leaders in the org and collaborate with them on developing soft skills / leadership programs for their teams, monitor their team s progress, and provide periodic feedback to leadership.
