Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Source top talent for oil & gas industry positions through various channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, and networking events.
• Conduct initial screenings of resumes and cover letters to identify qualified candidates who meet the requirements of the job posting.
• Coordinate with Client to schedule interviews and ensure a smooth interview process.
• Provide guidance on interview preparation techniques to help candidates present themselves effectively during interviews.

Job Requirements :

• 3-7 years of experience in recruitment or staffing within the oil & gas/ renewable/ construction/FMCG industry.
• Strong understanding of EPC (Engineering Procurement Construction) projects in the oil & gas sector.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong relationships with clients, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders.
