We are looking for Service Desk Executive for CHENNAI, Fresher for possessing the following skills:

Education - B.E/ B. tech specialization in ECE, EEE, CS, IT / Diploma / Any UG.

Languages - Hindi & English.

Preferred candidate's: 2023 - 2025 Passed out !!

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for users via phone, email, chat, or ticketing system
  
• Log, track, and manage incidents and service requests using an ITSM tool
  
• Provide first-level support for hardware, software, network, and application issues
  
• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical problems and provide timely resolutions
  
• Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate second/third-level support teams
  
• Follow SLAs and ensure incidents are resolved within agreed timelines
  
• Maintain accurate documentation of issues, solutions, and procedures
  
• Support user account management (password resets, access requests, onboarding/offboarding)
  
• Perform basic system checks and routine maintenance tasks
  
• Ensure high customer satisfaction through professional communication and service.
