Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Develop and execute strategic business plans to drive growth in key accounts, focusing on industrial equipment and machinery sales.
• Manage a portfolio of high-value customers, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products/services.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop marketing strategies that support sales efforts and enhance customer relationships.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform strategic decision-making.

Job Requirements :

• 10-20 years of experience in institutional sales, key account management, or related field.
• Proven track record in developing successful business development initiatives through strategic partnerships and relationship-building.
• Strong understanding of industrial sales principles, including product knowledge of industrial equipment/machinery.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong relationships at all levels within an organization.
