Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Procurement & Sourcing:
- Manage end-to-end IT procurement processes for hardware, software, and IT services.
- Identify and evaluate potential suppliers, solicit quotations, and prepare comparative statements.
- Negotiate pricing, delivery terms, and service level agreements (SLAs).
- Raise and process purchase requisitions (PRs) and purchase orders (POs) in ERP systems.
- Handle AMC, renewal, and licensing agreements for software and hardware assets.
- Ensure all procurements comply with internal policies, legal standards, and data security norms.
- Track IT asset purchases and maintain updated asset inventory in coordination with the IT team.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with Finance for PO closure, GRN, and vendor payment tracking.
- Prepare and present procurement MIS reports and spend analytics.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Engineering, Commerce, or Supply Chain Management (MBA preferred).
- 58 years of experience in IT procurement or IT asset management.
- Strong understanding of IT products: servers, laptops, networking equipment, licenses, and cloud services.
