Job Description

Role Purpose

Provide end-to-end procurement support to APAC Procurement Buyers and Managers throughout the purchasing process.

Key Responsibilities

1. Core Procurement Support

Interact with APAC Procurement Managers, Business/Function Managers, and suppliers.
Handle procurement requests and business queries.
Coordinate with third-party vendors for required documents and due-diligence materials.
Conduct commercial analysis & comparison of supplier quotations.
Prepare and execute contracts using standard templates.

2. Documentation & Compliance

Maintain procurement documentation and ensure proper online storage.
Keep updated records of procurement requests and contract data.

Competencies Required

Good commercial mindset.
Strong communication skills (oral & written).
Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
Client-focused with timely follow-up.
Good record-keeping practices.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

Experience in indirect procurement.
Basic understanding of procurement processes.
Self-motivated, proactive, willingness to learn.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
