Job Description
Hi All,
W have an opening for Data Analyst role for one of our leading Investment Banking domain client in Mumbai location
Experience : 3 -5 years
Location : Mumbai
Direct Responsibilities
- ES Business & Program Management
- Data Analysis / Dashboarding
- Act as support and work on assignments including, but not limited to, quantitative analysis, data consolidation and crunching, driving a specific part of the project end to end, prepare recommendations
- Perform quality assurance, ensure the completeness and adequacy of deliverables
- Partner with onshore leads to present the created solution, share the knowledge and provide training, if required
- Governance
- Write procedures or other documentation to record rule analysis and impact assessment, flow charts, RACI analysis and other diagnostic documentation as well as business requirements and other design documents
- Participate to the organization and preparation of Project and Steering Committees
- Support transversal BAU activities, such as Distribution List updates, Org Chart updates, SharePoint updates
- Budget Management
- Support Budget management process, including budget monitoring by tower of Enterprise Services
- Process invoices for Enterprise Services and monitor expenses with budget
- ES Conduct & Control Office
- Develop and implement culture-oriented initiatives (e.g., awareness campaigns, trainings) for Enterprise Services
- Partner with regulatory monitoring teams to ensure regulatory compliance of ES operations
- Oversee the delivery of improvement remediation plans such as SIAP or other identified action plans
- Closely monitor the closure of IG, RISK ORC, Regulatory, or Auditors findings
- Establish and maintain TOPC framework monitoring and continuous discussion with OPC team
- Launch necessary programs or other efforts to ensure compliance with external and internal requirements, policies
- Perform LOD1 controls for Enterprise Services whenever required in partnership with OPC
Contributing Responsibilities
- Produce and distribute daily/weekly team status reports and contribute to project status reporting depending on the undertaking at hand
- Create documentation as per the project need, perform knowledge transfer and provide cross training for proper backup in team
- Support transversal BAU activities, such as Distribution List updates, Org Chart updates, SharePoint updates
Technical & Behavioral Competencies
- Project Management certification, or at least 3 years of Project Management and Operations Control experience
- Ability to adapt to new technologies and flare to learn and implement projects
- Proficient in MS Office Suite. Good to have Power BI and Python knowledge
- Active engagement to team activities
