We are hiring for Junior Business Analyst Finance / Reporting

Location: Mumbai (Hybrid)
Experience: 13 Years

About the Role:
We are looking for a Junior Business Analyst to support Finance and Credit Risk Reporting projects. The role involves requirement gathering, data analysis, reconciliation, preparing functional specifications, testing, and coordinating with stakeholders for enhancements and issue resolutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather and document business requirements.
• Perform data analysis and reconciliations across financial systems.
• Prepare functional specifications, test cases, and support UAT.
• Work with Finance, Risk, and IT teams for system enhancements and fixes.
• Support Change Requests and Production issues.
  

Required Skills:

• Experience in Finance or Banking domain.
• Strong MS Excel (pivot, lookup) and data handling skills.
• Knowledge of SDLC, testing, and documentation.
• Basic understanding of Accounting, Financial Reporting, or Credit Risk (preferred).
• Good communication and analytical skills.
  

Good to Have:

• Understanding of IFRS / Basel reporting.
• Exposure to financial systems or regulatory reporting tools.
