Job Description
- Gather requirements and drive design discussions for SAP Transportation management solutions.
- Conduct workshops, demos, advisory sessions, identify gaps, and devise solutions to address these gaps.
- Lead functional teams in SAP transportation management and participate in developing and realizing packages and innovation use cases using the latest SAP software and tools.
- Collaborate with senior and junior stakeholders, driving and leading discussions to bring solution designs to the table.
- Independently handle techno-functional requirements in large implementation projects, following the SAP Activate methodology.
- Conduct customer workshops, gather requirements, design, and execute solutions to address problems.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of experience in the transportation industry, with at least 2 end-to-end project implementations in TM.
- Strong analytical skills, result-oriented problem-solving abilities, excellent presentation, and communication skills.
- A graduate or post-graduate degree in Management, IT, Engineering, or equivalent Logistics is required.
- Certification in SAP TM is recommended, along with knowledge of debugging techniques and technical frameworks.
- Knowledge of Signavio, CALM, and other toolchain solutions is an added advantage; functional knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Cloud is also beneficial.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team, demonstrating creativity and innovative problem-solving skills.
