Job Description

We have one open position against data engineer role as discussed on call. This is with our engineering team, and we are looking for data engineers with the following mandatory skills:

1. GCP/AWS/Azure

2. Pyspark

3. Python

YOE: 3-6 years

Loc: Thane

Job description

Role & responsibilities

Strong data background (data storage, transformation, event processing, APIs, IAM, security).

Proven hands-on experience of building key components of modern data warehouses, data lakes and analytics platforms on GCP preferably in Banking or financial services domain.

Experience in engineering using Big query, Goole data flow, Google pub sub, google cloud SQL, google compute engine, big table.

Aware of data modelling techniques and principles.

Knowledge of Data governance, data quality, data privacy, and security aspects, devops and finOps required.

Beneficial to have knowledge/experience of analytics solutions (ML/AI & BI) - note though that this is not a Data Scientist role

Ability to articulate and present challenges / solutions at the right level for a wide audience.

Minimum 8 years of experience with a bachelors in technology or equivalent.

Google Cloud Data Engineer Certification or Active Google Professional Cloud Architect Certification preferred.

Preferred candidate profile
