Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Lead the QA team to ensure high-quality software releases by identifying and prioritizing test cases, developing test plans, and executing tests.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and develop automated tests using various tools such as Selenium WebDriver or Appium.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive test documentation, including test cases, defect reports, and release notes.
• Analyze data from performance testing activities to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Job Requirements :

• 15-22 years of experience in Quality Assurance (QA) engineering with expertise in automation testing.
• Strong understanding of software development life cycles (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or Java; knowledge of SQL is an added advantage.
