What you ll do :
- Understand the needs of our co-innovation customers, transform them into innovative concepts for products and play a hands-on role in shaping the product
- Understand the requirements of different applications within Industries spectrum, and help in design and implementation by providing the technology basis for SAP S/4HANA applications
- Propose optimal usage of emerging technologies
- Identifies opportunities for reuse of software parts
- Collaborates with the developers/architects and contributes to all tasks of implementation team
- Monitors implementation of design and/or architecture concepts
- Consults the teams on software engineering aspects
- Identifies improvements and innovations in development processes
- Very good understanding of Agile practices and scrum process
What you bring:
Educational Qualification
- Major educational qualifications (Engineering majors, MCA from reputed institutes).
Work Experience
- 4+ years of industry ABAP experience.
Skills and Competencies :
- Experience in being part of large-scale software development projects distributed across geographical locations with SAP technology experience in multiple business processes
- Established role of a Developer and a track record of accomplishments
- Sound knowledge in Cloud Software development with expert proficiency in ABAP, CDS, ODATA, UI5/Fiori and Web Technologies.
- Ability to handle changing priorities with sound diplomatic and negotiation skills and be a motivated role model who can operate with minimal handholding
- Excellent analytical ability and communication skills

- Conceptualize, design, and deliver high quality solutions and insightful analysis
- Work on gathering data and requirements, participate in solution scoping and architecture, research, and prototyping innovative models
- Build solutions by exploring data, building & validating models and deploying them to deliver maximum business impact
- Interact with both - internal and external stakeholders
- Handle multiple projects as an individual contributor and be a multiplier by actively mentoring other resources within the team
- Build credibility and trust with customers and project teams during project execution
