Job Description

Position: OTM Consultant

Experience: 5+ Years

Location: Remote

Role Purpose

• Deliver consulting services across all OTM transport functions: Order Management, Planning & Execution, Visibility, Event Management, Inventory Visibility, and Freight Audit & Payment.
  Manage and complete customer work packages within timelines, quality standards, and budgets.
  Analyse customer requirements and design solutions using templates, frameworks, and OTM product capabilities.
  Work on transport solution projects or change requests with in-house/external DevOps teams.

Main Accountabilities

• Gather requirements and provide solution design for multiple projects and support engagements.
  Conduct CRP demos, customer meetings, and solution design discussions.
  Manage IT development and implementation activities per DHL DevOps standards and supplier governance.
  Provide support for live customers (CRs, releases, post-go-live, warranty support).
  Build strong relationships with project teams, business, customers, and suppliers throughout project lifecycle.
  Conduct requirement workshops, GAP analysis, and prepare solution design documents.
  Create test scenarios/scripts, coordinate with testing teams for automation, and support UAT.
  Prepare and deliver training documentation.

Functional Experience

• Strong understanding of transportation processes and OTM/Kewill capabilities.
  Good knowledge of Agile & DevOps.
  Familiarity with transport-related ancillary systems & B2B integrations (e.g., HERE, Transporeon, Centiro).
  Experience organizing workshops/events and preparing commercial & technical solution proposals.
