Job Title : Senior Oracle PL/SQL Developer

Location : Chennai (only chennai based profiles will be preferred )

Project : Banking domain

**Note : Only Immediate to short joiners will be contacted for further interview process.

We are looking for a highly skilled Oracle PL/SQL Developer to own and drive critical data transformation and integration processes for enterprise applications. This role plays a key part in simplifying development, improving performance, and ensuring smooth production support.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams, mentor junior developers, and contribute to building robust, scalable database solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Core Responsibilities

• Analyze business and technical requirements to design effective data solutions
• Prepare detailed technical design and impact analysis (technical & functional)
• Design, develop, test, and support Oracle PL/SQL components
• Perform bug fixing and performance optimization for complex SQL/PLSQL code
• Provide support during production implementation and post-go-live activities
  

Team & Collaboration

• Mentor junior team members and conduct code reviews
• Share best practices to improve code quality and performance
• Work closely with Service Delivery teams to resolve production issues efficiently
  

Required Skills & Competencies

Technical Skills

• Strong expertise in Oracle PL/SQL (12c and above)
• Hands-on experience with Triggers, Views, and Stored Procedures
• Solid understanding of Oracle Scheduler
• Proven experience in SQL/PLSQL performance tuning and optimization
• Experience in handling large datasets and complex transformations
  

Behavioral & Soft Skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination
• Team player with mentoring and leadership mindset
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of deliverables
  

Experience

• 7 to 9 years of relevant experience in Oracle PL/SQL development
  (Flexible for strong hands-on profiles)
