Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and enhance Canvas Apps and Model-Driven Apps using Power Apps.
• Build and maintain SharePoint Lists, Libraries, and Site structures for backend data storage.
• Design and implement complex Power Automate flows (Instant, Automated, and Scheduled).
• Troubleshoot and resolve Power Apps UI issues, performance issues, delegation errors, and connector-related problems.
• Optimize existing Power Apps with best practices (variables, collections, concurrent loading).
• Integrate Power Apps with SQL, SharePoint Online, Dataverse, Teams, Outlook, and external connectors.
• Perform debugging, error handling, and root-cause analysis in workflows and app screens.
• Work closely with business users to gather requirements and convert them into technical solutions.
• Implement role-based security, data governance, permissions, and environment best practices.
• Prepare documentation, release notes, and maintain version history.

Required Skills

• Strong expertise in Power Apps Canvas Apps (forms, galleries, patching, complex functions).
• Deep experience with SharePoint Lists (formula columns, lookup columns, JSON formatting).
• Hands-on experience in Power Automate:
• Approvals
• Email automation
• Document creation
• Data sync flows
• Error-handling
• Strong understanding of Formulas, Collections, Variables, Delegation, and performance optimization.
• Ability to resolve common Power Apps issues such as:
• Slow loading
• App hangs
• Data not patching
• Form not submitting
• Flow connection breaks
• SharePoint delegation limits
• Experience in API integrations, custom connectors (optional but preferred).
• Knowledge of Dataverse (good to have).
• Good communication skills for interacting with users and explaining technical issues
