We are hiring for Production Support Analyst- DevOps

• Location- Mumbai
• Exp- 3-7 years
• Notice- Immediate to 30 days only.

Technical & Behavioural Competencies

• OS & System Admin: Linux/Unix (tuning), Windows.

• Scripting & Development: Python, Shell, PERL, SQL.

• Databases: Oracle, SQL Server

• Networking & Messaging: ECN connectivity, multicast messaging (Tibco), firewall understanding, network capture analysis.

• DevOps Tools: Ansible, Jenkins, Bitbucket, TeamCity, Artifactory.

• Monitoring & Support Tools: Geneos, Dynatrace, Bladelogic, Autosys, CFT, MQ, SFTP, Splunk, Grafana.

• Domain Knowledge: Capital Markets and Banking applications essential.

• Behavioral Skills: Collaboration, problem-solving, proactive monitoring, communication.

Qualifications & Experience

• Degree: Engineering or Computer Science.
• Experience: 37 years in application/production support.
• Preferred: Knowledge of banking applications.
