Job Title: Transaction Specialist Corporate Trust

Location: Pune
Shift: 6:00 PM2:30 AM / 7:00 PM3:30 AM (Work From Office)
Experience Required: 47 years
Notice Period: Immediate to 30 days (Immediate highly preferred)

Role Overview

The Transaction Specialist will be part of the Corporate Trust team and will support client onboarding, documentation review, fee letter execution, and BAU activities with high accuracy and timely delivery. This role requires strong interaction with internal stakeholders, external clients, and adherence to regulatory and internal process standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute routine client onboarding activities and ensure seamless setup in internal systems.
  
• Prepare fee letters for Corporate Trust transactions and coordinate with clients for timely execution.
  
• Review and interpret Corporate Trust documentation (Derivatives, Bonds, related docs).
  
• Maintain high accuracy and completeness on all assigned BAU tasks, with timely status reporting.
  
• Identify and escalate potential issues to senior team members or management.
  
• Ensure strict adherence to SOPs, QRGs, policies, and regulatory requirements.
  
• Support additional business tasks and ad-hoc requirements as assigned.
  

Must-Have Skills

• Corporate Trust experience (Derivatives, Bonds, Transaction documentation).
  
• 47 years of experience in Client Services, KYC Onboarding, Transaction Management, or Billing.
  
• Strong client-facing and stakeholder interaction capabilities.
  
• Problem-solving and logical thinking ability.
  
• Strong document-reading skills.
  
• Proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, basic formulas).
  
• Willingness to work night shifts and occasional weekends.
  
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  

Good-to-Have Skills

• Prior KYC onboarding/offboarding exposure.
  
• Billing or fee-related experience.
  
• Basic Power BI or MS Office proficiency.
