Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities :

  • Prepare and review journal entries, including accrual adjustments, capitalization, depreciation, and amortization.
  • Manage property accounting transactions, ensuring accurate recording of lease agreements, rent receipts, and expense tracking.
  • Analyze financial statements to identify trends and areas for improvement in the real estate industry.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve discrepancies and provide timely support.

Job Requirements :

  • 1-8 years of experience in accountancy or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of general ledger management and journal entries.
  • Proficiency in preparing complex financial reports using various software tools (e.g., Excel).
  • Experience working with commercial properties or real estate companies preferred.
