Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities :

Prepare and review journal entries, including accrual adjustments, capitalization, depreciation, and amortization.
Manage property accounting transactions, ensuring accurate recording of lease agreements, rent receipts, and expense tracking.
Analyze financial statements to identify trends and areas for improvement in the real estate industry.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve discrepancies and provide timely support.

Job Requirements :

1-8 years of experience in accountancy or a related field.
Strong knowledge of general ledger management and journal entries.
Proficiency in preparing complex financial reports using various software tools (e.g., Excel).
Experience working with commercial properties or real estate companies preferred.
