Job Description

Were looking for a recruiter to support the Talent Acquisition Head across end-to-end hiring activities. The role will involve sourcing candidates, scheduling and coordinating interviews, managing stakeholder calendars, collecting interview feedback, and assisting with first-level offer discussions. The person will also shadow the TA Head closely in talent mapping and hiring strategy.

Excel skill is important

What were looking for:

Prior hiring experience in the banking / financial services sector
Strong communication skills with excellent spoken English
Smart, proactive, and well-organised
Comfortable with stakeholder management and interview coordination
Exposure to offer discussions is a plus
