Job Description

Direct Responsibilities

• Analyze and interpret requirement specifications received from BA
• Liaise with BA to ensure correct understanding and implementation of specifications
• Design and develop IT solutions based on the specifications received
• Work closely in a one team approach with all stakeholders during all phases of the SDLC, jointly providing high quality deliverables
• Participate in the testing phases (system, user acceptance, regression) as required while coordinating with BA, IT and QA teams

Contributing Responsibilities

• Provide support to operations from a technical perspective

Technical & Behavioral Competencies

• Bachelors degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of development experience
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
• Strong in ASP.Net, Java Script, Ajax.
• Good Knowledge & Understanding of Python, IIS server, Angular.
• Proficiency in working with databases: MS SQL.
• Good understanding of system design, scalability, and performance optimization.
• Excellent problem-solving, collaboration, and communication skills.
