Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales of personal loan products through direct sourcing and channel partners.
- Manage and motivate a team of Sales Executives to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Develop and implement strategies for lead generation, customer acquisition, and portfolio growth.
- Ensure compliance with credit policies, KYC norms, and regulatory guidelines.
- Monitor sales performance metrics, prepare reports, and present to senior management.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, DSAs, and internal stakeholders.
- Handle escalations and resolve customer queries promptly to ensure high satisfaction.
- Identify market trends and competitor activities to optimize sales strategies.
Requirements
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, Finance, or related field.
- 36 years of experience in personal loan sales, preferably in banking/NBFC sector.
- Strong knowledge of personal loan products, credit evaluation, and documentation.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and team management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet aggressive targets.
