Job Description


Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales of personal loan products through direct sourcing and channel partners.
  • Manage and motivate a team of Sales Executives to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Develop and implement strategies for lead generation, customer acquisition, and portfolio growth.
  • Ensure compliance with credit policies, KYC norms, and regulatory guidelines.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics, prepare reports, and present to senior management.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, DSAs, and internal stakeholders.
  • Handle escalations and resolve customer queries promptly to ensure high satisfaction.
  • Identify market trends and competitor activities to optimize sales strategies.

Requirements

  • Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, Finance, or related field.
  • 36 years of experience in personal loan sales, preferably in banking/NBFC sector.
  • Strong knowledge of personal loan products, credit evaluation, and documentation.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and team management skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet aggressive targets.
