Handle escalations and resolve customer queries promptly to ensure high satisfaction.
Identify market trends and competitor activities to optimize sales strategies.
Requirements
Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, Finance, or related field.
36 years of experience in personal loan sales, preferably in banking/NBFC sector.
Strong knowledge of personal loan products, credit evaluation, and documentation.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and team management skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet aggressive targets.
