Job Description

Role & responsibilities

• Analyses outstanding claims and initiates collection efforts as per aging report. So that claims get reimbursed.
• Undertakes denial follow-up and appeals work wherever required.
• Documents and takes appropriate action of all claims which has been analyzed and followed up in the client's software.
• Build good rapport with the insurance carrier representative.
• Focuses on improving the collection percentage.

Requirements:

• Good verbal and written communication Skills.
• Ability to work night shifts
• Good keyboard skills and well-versed with MS-Office.
• AR or International Voice Internship experience will be an added advantage.
• The Location will be Madurai
• Working Days: 5 Days (Sat & Sun fixed off)
• Candidates with PF History is Not Eligible
