Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

• Code surgical, orthopedic, and cardiac procedures accurately using CPT, ICD-10, and HCPCS codes.
  
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations for medical coding practices.
  
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to gather necessary information for accurate coding.
  
• Maintain confidentiality of patient records and adhere to HIPAA guidelines.
  
• Stay up-to-date with changes in coding guidelines, regulations, and industry best practices.
  Role & responsibilities

Desired Candidate Profile

• Fresher with Life Science Degree, Strong understanding of anatomy, physiology, and pathology related to surgery, orthopedics, cardiology.
  
• Proficiency in E/M Ip software; knowledge of E/M coding principles preferred.
  
• Certified Professional Coder (CPC) certification required; American Academy of Professional Coders (AAPC) membership preferred.
• Candidates with PF History is Not Eligible
