Responsibilities

Develop Training Content
Create lesson plans, exercises, and audio/video resources for accent reduction and voice improvement.
Conduct Training Sessions
Use role-plays, phonetic drills, and listening exercises to enhance speech clarity and confidence.
Monitor Progress
Track trainee performance through assessments and maintain progress reports.
Collaborate with Teams
Work with HR, operations, and quality teams to align training with organizational goals.
Stay Updated
Keep up with trends in linguistics, phonetics, and global communication standards.
