Webgility is fully remote in the United States with offices in Scottsdale, AZ and Indore, India. This role will be fully remote in India or hybrid in Indore office.

Job Description:
As a UX & Product Designer, you will play a critical role in designing engaging, user-friendly experiences across our platform. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver top-notch design solutions that balance user needs with business objectives. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, influence the design direction of a growing product, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our e-commerce platform.
Youll be working closely with our team of developers, product owners, project managers, and leaders in Indore, India, and remotely with a U.S.-based team, driving the design, execution, and delivery of all UX/UI updates and new features.
The Impact You Will Make
- Identify user experience challenges and develop creative, practical design solutions.
- Contribute to defining the product design vision and strategy, ensuring it aligns with the overall business goals.
- Observe user behavior and conduct interviews, surveys, and usability testing to gather insights and understand user needs, and pain points.
- Analyze user feedback and data to inform design decisions and improve the user experience.
- Develop wireframes, mockups, and UI elements that align with the company's brand and design language.
- Create high-fidelity, visually appealing, and brand-consistent designs for web and mobile platforms.
- Contribute to the creation and maintenance of a scalable and cohesive design system.
- Work closely with product managers, developers, and marketers to deliver design solutions that meet business objectives and user needs.
- Balance design goals with technical constraints, optimizing both usability and performance.
What You Bring to the Table
- Bachelors degree or above
- 5+ years of experience as a UX/UI or Product Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and process.
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
- Experience breaking down usability problems and creating low fidelity wireframes, hierarchy, architectures before designing high fidelity prototypes.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and creatively.
- Leverage AI tools to accelerate concept generation, automate design tasks, and enhance data-driven decision-making.
- Experience in e-commerce or B2B SaaS product design is a plus.
- Experience with front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus but not required.
- Experience with user testing platforms (Maze, UserBrain, etc.)
- Experience with user observation platforms (Clarity, Full Story, etc.)
Minimum requirements
- Total at least 5 years of design experience in B2B SaaS, preferred in eCommerce domains.
- Preferred in financial products
- Good Portfolio (Nice UI, Great UX)
- Early-stage company experience
- Communication
- Familiar with AI tools in the design work
