Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Mandatory Skills Description: 8+ years of QA experience with strong exposure to Capital Markets.
Good understanding of at least one major regulatory framework such as EMIR, MiFID II, SFTR, or Dodd-Frank.
Good knowledge of trade reporting data flow and validation processes.
Ability to manage QA delivery across multiple workstreams.
Hands-on experience in test planning, execution, and defect management.
Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience with the Broadridge Trade Regulatory Reporting platform is a plus.
Good understanding of dependency management across testing streams.
Ability to identify, assess, and mitigate risks within the QA function.
Proven experience in managing test deliverables and team coordination.
Nice-to-Have Skills Description: Exposure to SQL for data validation and reconciliation.
Familiarity with capital markets trade lifecycle.
Experience in automation testing tools.
Knowledge of Agile testing practices.
