- We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Analyst/Requirements Engineer to join our dynamic team.
- You need to have a strong background in business analysis, requirements engineering, and experience with ISO20022 standards.
- This role will be pivotal in supporting and driving the adoption and integration of ISO20022 changes within our application.
Responsibilities
- Apply domain knowledge in the finance sector, preferably in the context of ISO20022.
- Drive functional requirements for strategic projects and collaborate with stakeholders globally.
- Conduct requirements-gathering sessions with internal and external stakeholders.
- Define requirements and create comprehensive documentation, including business requirements documents (BRD), system requirements specifications (SRS), use cases, user stories, and process flow diagrams.
- Conduct gap analysis to identify and articulate to-be requirements, particularly for ISO20022 messages and standards, into system requirements, understanding overall impact on upstream and downstream applications.
- Collaborate on proof-of-concepts, pilots, and minimum viable products with the tech team.
Skills
Must have
- You gained at least 5-10 years of professional experience in consulting or project environment, ideally with deep knowledge of SWIFT Network and market-driven initiatives like the ISO20022 change.
- You have a degree in IT equivalent to Computer Science, Information Systems / Engineering.
- Proven Track Record in working on huge projects, managing change, stakeholders, business demand, and requirements engineering.
- You can contribute to IT solution design, architecture, and have technical skills, also to bridge between business and IT.
- You are an ambitious person with a structured mind and excellent analytical skills.
- You are proactive and a hands-on personality who feels comfortable managing change.
- You are an excellent communicator with all levels within the organisation and fluent in English.
- You have any business analysis certifications or similar.
