Job Description:
Minimum 4 to 7 years working experience with ServiceNow platform as a Developer in enterprisewide multitier ServiceNow production environment
At least 5 years of experience in the IT Industry Experience as developer Dev lead
Working knowledge of cloud scripting languages preferably JavaScripts JSON
Excellent advance understanding and ability to script automated processes
Agile Scrum methodology Experience
Handson experience integrating ServiceNow with external systems
Solid knowledge of JavaScript HTML CSS
Portal Scripting in Angular JS
CSS based UXUI design development
Understanding of Angular based Client side Serverside scripts
Client Side and ServerSide Scripting ie Catalog Client Script Business Rules Script Actions Script Includes etc
Client and Server APIs ie GlideDialogWindow Glide Form GlideAggregate GlideRecord etc
Handson experience in ITSM Service Level Management Service Catalog Release Management Asset Management CMDB Event Management Orchestration Active Directory integration B2B Integration and Virtual Agent
Excellent time management organizational skills crisis management and problemsolving skills are essentials
Good oral and written communication skills Strong analytical teamwork and customer engagement skills
Ensures information is accurate and complete Selfmotivated and open to learn all aspects of cloud administration
Must be willing to teach and share all knowledge with team members and other operational teams
Certification a plus
ServiceNow Administration certification
ServiceNow Certified Implementation specialist Various Tracks
ServiceNow Service Portal Certification
