Role & responsibilities

Translate all client-facing and inter-company invoices accurately from English to

Arabic, ensuring linguistic precision and compliance with financial terminology.

• Issue Arabic invoices in the right-to-left (RTL) reading format, adhering to regional and cultural formatting standards.

• Prepare, review, and process client and inter-company invoices in a timely and accurate manner.

• Ensure invoices comply with contractual terms, legal requirements, and company billing policies.

• Manage project-based billing, including milestone, time-and-material, and cost-plus billing models, where applicable.

• Collaborate with project managers, finance teams, and legal departments to validate billing data and resolve discrepancies.

• Maintain accurate billing records, supporting documentation, and audit trails in accordance with company and regulatory standards.

Preferred candidate profile

Strong proficiency in English and Arabic, with proven experience in professional financial or business translation.

Demonstrated ability to format and issue invoices in Arabic right-to-left (RTL) format.
