We are looking for a highly creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer with strong experience in designing intuitive interfaces and seamless user experiences for Enterprise SaaS and B2B platforms. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in modern design tools like Figma or Adobe XD, with a solid understanding of responsive design for both web and mobile applications. Experience in ERPNext UI customization will be a strong plus.

The ideal candidate should be well-versed in modern design tools like Figma or Adobe XD , with a solid understanding of responsive design for both web and mobile applications. Experience in ERPNext UI customization will be a strong plus.
Key Responsibilities - Design and deliver intuitive, user-centered UI/UX solutions for web and mobile applications.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into functional designs.
- Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity mockups.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to improve design decisions.
- Ensure design consistency and alignment with brand guidelines across all digital platforms.
- Work closely with development teams to ensure pixel-perfect implementation of designs.
- Optimize existing user interfaces for improved usability and performance.
- Stay up to date with the latest UI/UX trends, design tools, and technologies.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in UI/UX design.
- Proven experience designing for Enterprise SaaS or B2B web platforms .
- Strong proficiency in Figma and/or Adobe XD .
- Expertise in responsive web and mobile app design .
- Understanding of design systems , typography, and color theory.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience with ERPNext UI customization .
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and front-end development for better design-to-development handoff.
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies and tools like Jira or Trello.
