Job Description
Designation: Aadhaar Seva Kendra Operator
Project: Government / UIDAI Project
Salary Budget: 10,000 per month
Experience: 02 Years
Location Jabalpur, Raisen, Rajgadh, Ujjain, Vidisha
Education: Graduation Any Discipline
Role & Responsibilities:
- Perform Aadhaar enrolment, update, and correction services as per UIDAI guidelines
- Handle walk-in public queries professionally and efficiently
- Verify documents and ensure accuracy of resident data
- Operate UIDAI-approved systems, biometric devices, and software
- Maintain daily transaction reports and records
- Follow government compliance, data security, and confidentiality norms
- Coordinate with centre supervisor for smooth operations
Key Requirements:
- Graduation in any field
- 02 years of experience (Freshers can apply)
- Strong interest in Government / UIDAI projects
- Ability to handle the public with patience and professionalism
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, data entry)
- Sound knowledge of UIDAI processes (preferred)
- Good communication skills in local language and basic English
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in Aadhaar Seva Kendra or CSC centre (added advantage)
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Willingness to follow strict SOPs and timelines
