Job Description

Graduates & above
Minimum 3 year of experience into Live Underwriting.
Sound knowledge of US Residential mortgage.
well versed with all of 4c's
Exposure of Underwriting processes & guidelines.
Excellent critical thinking, problem solving and sound judgment.
Analysis and Calculation of qualifying income from Salaried various tax documents such as 1040s, Schedule E, 1065, 1120, 1120S, K1, transcripts, etc

Job Benefits

Salary upto 14LPA (depending on the Last drawn salary)
Joining bonus of 1 Lakh if candidates can join within 30 days
Work from home opportunity (candidate can be located anywhere in India)
