Candidates should have at least 6 or more years of experience supporting SCCM 2012 in an environment.
It is highly desirable that candidates have taken and passed their Microsoft 70-243 exam (or any latest SCCM exam)

Expertise in Designing, Planning, and Implementing System Center Configuration Manager which includes
Manage Upgrades
Manage and configure User and Device collections
Deploying Operating System Images (primarily Windows 10) via SCCM OSD.
Deployment of Applications and Software Update
Manage and report on hardware and software inventory
Create, modify, and produce custom reporting as needed
