Perform accurate and timely data entry operations by capturing, updating, and maintaining large volumes of information in internal systems, databases, or spreadsheets while strictly adhering to defined quality and accuracy standards.
Review, validate, and cross-check data received from multiple sources to identify discrepancies, missing details, or inconsistencies, and take corrective actions as per standard operating procedures.
Organize, classify, and manage digital records to ensure data integrity, easy accessibility, and compliance with confidentiality, data protection, and organizational policies.
Generate routine reports, summaries, and basic data insights to support operational teams, management reviews, and business decision-making processes.
Meet daily productivity targets and turnaround time requirements while maintaining a high level of attention to detail and consistency in output.
Communicate with internal stakeholders through non-voice channels such as email, chat, or ticketing systems to clarify data-related queries, resolve issues, and ensure smooth workflow continuity.
